At ALDEN SHOES, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
